Simplythebest.ie was set up in March 2006 to create and develop an internet directory of products and services and to allow consumers and businesses quickly and efficiently locate and find information from a variety of websites primarily located in Ireland.

We aim to raise funds for various charities by offering at least 75% of businesses seeking a listing in our directory the option to make a donation to charity in lieu of payment of a listing fee.

Our initial goal is to raise up to EUR 20,000 for The Children’s Medical & Research Foundation, Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children, Crumlin through the participation by  two of the simplythebest.ie team in the Children’s Lifeline Challenge Shamrock Run 2008, a 4,000km motorcycle trip through California, Arizona and Nevada.

Simplythebest.ie aims to make that search even easier and more rewarding by providing quick access from one website to a wide variety of goods and service providers.
