My Personal Message Hi allI was dashed I couldn't do Mini Marathon but my knee is recovered so I have decided to do a 50K Walk Week for 1 day for Rehab. This involves me walking 50K in the Gym between the 13th and the 19th of June! It is a big big challenge for me but might as well push myself. SouthGate Fitness in Drogheda will be recording and timing me. I would love if you could sponsor just 5 Euro, it is for a really really good cause! So plasters at the ready and thank you! Irene |

About my charity Every day of the year, we help thousands of people to live their lives the way they want. For 1 Day, we are asking you to help us. At Rehab, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to realise their aspirations, learn new skills and play a full part in their community. 1 Day for Rehab will take place this year on June 17th.
