My Personal Message Hey Guys,Thanks for visiting our Youth 2000 Clonmacnois Summer Festival 2011 fundraising page. Youth 2000 Ireland charity is a very worthy cause and I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to raise funds for this charity. The festival takes place from 4th to 7th August, and we hope to see each of you there! This is an urgent appeal for help towards the costs of the Clonmacnois Summer Youth Festival.Trusting in the Lord’s Divine Providence and generosity we do not charge young people for the festival itself i.e. it is a ‘donation only’ event. The cost estimate is over €100,000. We do not have these finances. To date we have received/raised €39,499 for the Clonmacnois Festival. We thank all those who have generously given to us to date but as you can see we still have a long way to go to reach our target!!! Please read a few words about the charity below. About my charity Youth 2000 is an international movement of young people called to spread the Good News of the Catholic faith and share this experience with other young people. We have over 40 weekly prayer groups around the country, 18 to 20 weekend retreats throughout the year, a summer festival, an annual ball and various other social events - all organised by young people, for young people.
