My Personal Message Hey Guys,Thanks for visiting my personal fundraising page. The SOFT Ireland charity is a very worthy cause and I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to raise funds for this charity. On 29th July 2010 we were told that our beautiful little baby girl was going to be born with Edwards Syndrome and probably wasn't going to live long. Dearbhla was born 3 weeks early on 29th October 2010 by section as this was the best chance we all had of meeting her alive. When she was born we thought that she had already became a little angel. We began to talk to her and tell her how much we loved and had wanted her to stay. She began to breath. Her brothers and sister got to nurse and cuddle her. She lived for a very very precious 1 hour and 6 minutes allowing us the most precious memories we could have asked for. A wonderful friend call Adrian Leonard is running the Dublin Marathon on 31st October 2011 in memory of Dearbhla for the Soft Ireland Organisation. About my charity Support Organisation for Trisomy 13/18SOFT, the Support Organisation for Trisomy, in Ireland, is a voluntary group dedicated to providing support for families of children born with Patau’s Syndrome (Trisomy 13), Edwards’ Syndrome (Trisomy 18) and related chromosomal disorders.
