My Personal Message

Welcome!

WE DID IT!
Having driven 14,061 kilometres we finally crossed the finish line in Portugal on July 24th. The total trip took 23 days, 10 hours and 55 minutes.
I am pleased to say it all went virtually to plan. There were no real serious incidents.
Because the campervan could not keep up with the satnav speeds each day took a little longer than I had hoped. Some day there was 14 hours of driving.
I would like to thank the drivers - Danny, Andrew, Ger, Philip and Oilver for giving up their time and helping me to raise the money for the Irish Cancer Society.

Irish Cancer Society

The Irish Cancer Society is the national charity dedicated to preventing cancer, saving lives from cancer and improving the quality of life of those living with cancer through patient care, research and education.

The Society is financed entirely by voluntary contributions from the public and receives no government funding. We rely on thousands of dedicated volunteers from around the country to help with our fundraising activities.
