My Personal Message
Hey Guys,
As you know, myself and my gorgeous boyfriend Hugh Hanley, have been training for ages now for the New york marathon So we thought it was about time our hard work paid off by getting all you amazing people to help us make money for those who count!
The Irish Autism Action charity is a very worthy cause and I would very much appreciate your support in helping us to raise funds for this charity. I have worked and became very good friends with the charity, and the founder, Keith Duffy, who ran the recent London marathon for the charity, under an amazing 4 hours (erm, we wont be that quick!! ha ha ha ). But we are hoping on around 5hr or under - if i can stop crying..... i'm very sensitive and emotional... ha ha.
We just completed the dublin half marathon in 2 hours 7 mins - very fast for little old me, but, if we can try and keep it up we might even finish around 4hrd 30mins ish xx
We are also very pleased to announce our sponsors for the marathon are VIRGIN ATLANTIC CARGO and FITZPATRICK HOTEL NEW YORK. Both have been very generous in their support.
Please read a few words about the charity that I have chosen to support below. You can donate using the "sponsor me now" button below via credit or debit card. You can be assured that your transaction on the mycharity.ie website is very secure. You will automatically receive an e-mail from me thanking you for your support, and acknowledging the amount of your donation. Any donation no matter how small is hugely appreciated.
Thank you soooo much for all your support guys,
michelle and hugh. xxxxxxxx |
