My Personal Message
Hey Guys,
Thanks for visiting my personal fundraising page. The Irish Heart Foundation charity is a very worthy cause and I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to raise funds for this charity. The challenge i am under taking is somewhat a certain goal i am looking to under take . As some of you may know our cycle 4 sick children campaign has been very successful
My 4 year old daughter Sophie has survived 6 open heart operations and has spent an amazing 7 months in the cardiac intensive care unit , she is my inspiration and i am driven by the support of my wife Stacey and my wonderful children ... below is the layout of the route
08 April - Dublin to Dundalk 88km
09 April - Dundalk to Cavan 91km
10 April - Cavan to Finner Camp, Donegal 114km
11 April - Finner Camp to Mullingar, Co. Westmeath 154km
12 April - Mullingar to Galway 134km
13 April - Galway to Limerick 95km
14 April - Limerick to Cork 149km
15 April - Cork to Kilkenny 143km
16 April - Kilkenny to the Curragh 108kms
17 April - The Curragh to Dublin 74kms
It will be a serious challenge and i hope you can help me

About my charity
Irish Heart Foundation
The Irish Heart Foundation works hard to prevent people developing cardiovascular disease and to support those affected by it. Our charity is the only national charity working to reduce death and disability from heart disease and stroke. We are 91 per cent funded by public donations.
Nearly 10,000 lives are lost to this disease in Ireland every year - that's 27 people a day - and thousands more are left with disability as a result of stroke. By making a donation to our charity, you are helping to make life better for people affected by cardiovascular disease.
