Research Motor Neurone and The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association are both very worthy charities and we would very much appreciate your support in helping us to raise funds for them. Multi disciplinary involvement is essential when meeting the needs of those affected by MND. With this in mind we are delighted to get involved in their ongoing 'Pledge for MND Campaign'. http://www.mnd.ie/pledge-for-mnd-campaign Our event will involve 16 members from Beaumont Physio department participating in 30 minute relay cycles on a motomed cycle. This challenge is especially fitting as anecdotal evidence would suggest that the use of a motomed cycle has many benefits for a person living with MND.
