My Personal Message
Hey Guys,
Thanks for visiting my personal fundraising page. Temple Street Childrens University Hospital is a very worthy cause and I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to raise funds for this charity.
The organisers of Electric Picnic have this year been generous enough to donate 1,000 free tickets to Temple Street, to help raise much needed funds with the aim of making sick children's stay in hospital less distressing for them and their families, by funding the purchase of essential medical equipment, funding research and developing new treatment facilities and services. You can read more about Temple Street below.
Come the morning of the opening Friday of Electric Picnic 2010, I, along with 999 others, will be setting out on a 90km cycle from central Dublin, to Stradbally, Co. Laois.
I'm asking for your help in reaching, and hopefully exceeding, my minimum target of 500. You can donate using the green 'sponsor me now' button on your left, via credit or debit card. You can be assured that your transaction on the mycharity.ie website is very secure. You will automatically receive an e-mail from me thanking you for your support, and acknowledging the amount of your donation. Any donation NO MATTER HOW SMALL is hugely appreciated.
Any help you can give in spreading the word is also much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance for your support,
Daragh
PS. Temple Street will also gladly accept cash and cheques, just contact me by phone on 086 3346633, or email daragh.lally @ gmail.com if you want to donate by one of these means. |
