My Personal Message

Hello,

On August 1st 2010, Eoin McNamara, William Kerwin, and Mark Leonard will embark on a7-week cycle across the USA in aid of Cancer. The trio will cycle coast-to-coast from Seattle to Washington D.C. in order to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society and increase awareness of Cancer patient services.

Mark, Eoin and William ,will be supported by a support team of Rob and Donal whom will be driving behind the trio.

It is important to mention,that the lads will be incurring 100% of the cost of the cycle(including car rental,flights,bikes,accom) out of their own pockets and all money raised will go directly to charity. No money donated will be used as part of the cost of the cycle.

Irish Cancer Society

The Irish Cancer Society is the national charity dedicated to preventing cancer, saving lives from cancer and improving the quality of life of those living with cancer through patient care, research and education.

The Society is financed entirely by voluntary contributions from the public and receives no government funding. We rely on thousands of dedicated volunteers from around the country to help with our fundraising activities. We are the largest voluntary funders of Cancer Research in Ireland, and we also provide support and nursing care for people at every step of their cancer journey.
