Today FM's Shave Or Dye

Today FM's Shave or Dye is an annual charity drive to benefit the Irish Cancer Society. Our inaugural campaign in 2010 saw Today FM presenters ask listeners to sponsor them to shave and dye their hair, and in turn ask them to do the same. The response was phenomenal, as people across the length and breadth of the country raised more than €800,000 for the Irish Cancer Society. 

We did it all again in early 2011 with an even bigger number of people taking part nationwide and sacrificing their hair for the greater good.  We smashed a world record in the process, and even went international with the Irish Cricket Team sporting shaves and dyes in their historic World Cup victory over England.  Today FM's Shave or Dye 2011 we raised a phenomal €1,317,000.

This year we want to get as many heads as possible involved in Today FM's Shave or Dye so tell your family, friends and work colleagues - if they can't shave or dye then get them to sponsor you to take part.
