Spike and Bike

DEBRA Ireland and Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services are delighted to announce the inaugural Spike & Bike Duathlon that is taking place on the 28th of April, 2012 in Glenmalure, Co. Wicklow. Open to individuals and teams of two this is the perfect event for the most hardened adventure racers and those wanting to challenge themselves.

Start/Finish Point - Glenmalure Lodge, Glenmalure, Co. Wicklow Running Route - 12 km off-road course through the scenic and tranquil Wicklow Way Cycle Route - 30 km mainly off-road course through Carrickashane and Carrawaystick Mountains and returning back to the starting point There is almost 2,000m of height gain over the whole route.

Registration fee: €30 individual (€50 for a team)

Fundraising target: €100 per person
