Our aim is to provide maximum peer to peer support through this on line platform for as much time as Ó Lá Go Lá is capable of providing.

 

Our site and its support is supervised by qualified and selected personnel to individuals which are suffering Stress and Related Illnesses such as Depression and otherwise, known or unknown, and to aid in the prevention of death by suicide by any individual(s) by providing support and cognitive guidance to anyone who needs it.

 

Ó Lá Go Lá endeavour to provide on-line support to members which may request from time to time.

 

The support provided, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, or general conditions in the members' life or profession. Other support service include value clarification, wordstorming, identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests.
