Dublin Simon Community

Dublin Simon Community has been working since 1969 to combat homelessness in Dublin. Founded in 1969 by a group of students from Trinity and UCD, Dublin Simon Community has developed since those days to work with over 2,000 people every year. We help the most vulnerable in our society to break the vicious cycle of homelessness by empowering them  to take control of their lives with the purpose of finding and maintaining a place they can call home. For many this starts with a cup of soup, a friendly face and a safe and warm space to spend the night.

Everyone who is homeless, or is at risk of becoming homeless has the support they need to access and maintain a home of their own.

To provide high quality services to the most marginalised homeless persons to eliminate long-term homelessness.
